📌 Rental Requirements & Policies
For the safety and security of all riders, the following are required to rent a bike:
✔ Government-issued ID
✔ Valid cell phone number
✔ Current address & email
✔ Age Requirement – Must be at least 16 years old to rent an electric bike. Riders ages 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent renter.
✔ Proper Footwear – Closed-toe shoes with flat soles are required for all riders.

Before you begin your adventure, we prioritize your safety with a quick but essential briefing. Here’s what to expect upon arrival:
✔ Liability Waiver – All riders must read and sign a waiver before renting.
✔ Local Riding Guidelines – A brief overview of traffic laws, designated bike lanes, and safe riding areas to ensure a smooth experience.
✔ Helmet & Lock Provided – Helmets are available for all riders, and required by law for anyone under 16.

🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to have the best experience possible. If weather conditions or rider suitability are unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.
🔹As a family-owned business, we understand that plans can change. We’re happy to offer a full refund, especially in the case of bad weather. When possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice or consideration to reschedule for another date.
🎒 Complimentary Add-Ons
We offer helmets, locks, and other accessories as a courtesy with your rental. While we do our best to provide these, availability is not guaranteed.
